Our resent investments

Xevin Investments is still one of the most active Venture Capital funds at the polish startup market. In the recent months we closed a couple of deals.

In February we have invested in Cuppon.pl It is a social buying service, operating since June 2010. The goal of this service is to create value for both customers and partners. For partners the main benefit is attracting new customers that have, up until now, been unaware of partners presence on the market. Attracting both from the local market and possibly reaching new customers from markets beyond the traditional geographic reach. Customers gain the benefit of sampling new products or services for extraordinary prices.

In June we have bought Grono.net – one of the first (founded in 2004) and most popular social networking services in Polish Internet. Grono.net is based people focused on particular topics or bringing friends together.

In July we have invested in PCDOC, a nationwide provider of an on-site computer service operating on a franchise basis. The distinctive technicians’ dress and equipment, like the attributes of an emergency doctor, is one of the elements of a marketing strategy. Almost all repairs are carried out in client’s home, every day, anytime.

In August we have invested in Fanpagead. It is a joint project made by Interactive Research Center (one of ours investments) and facead. Fanpagead provides unique data that allow its users to make rational and optimal decisions as far as brand management on Facebook is concerned.
