Marek Rusiecki, President of the Management Board

 

Marek Rusiecki managed several subsidiary companies of CR Media Consulting SA and was CR Media’s Management Board Plenipotentiary for the Internet. Between 2003 and 2004 – Managing Director of the largest Polish online Advertising Network, Ad.net SA, which he had co-developed from 2001. Between 2004 and 2006 – Director at IAB Polska, responsible for the organization’s foreign relations, including the promotion of IAB Polska’s activity within IAB international structures. The originator of the first Polish social networking portal, PINO.PL. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Red Sky, Member of Supervisory Board of Cube Grupe. Marek Rusiecki graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. His hobbies include soccer and martial arts. He likes spending his leisure time with his family – his wife Marta and two daughters: Liwia and Natalia.

 

 

 

 

Gwidon Humeniuk, Member of the Management Board

 
Gwidon Humeniuk’s professional career began in 2001 at CR Media Consulting, where he was responsible for developing Internet advertising strategies for the company’s major clients. From 2006 – President of the Management Board of CR Media Consulting’s two major subsidiaries: Ad.net and Sabela Media Polska. Ad.net has long maintained the position of the largest online advertising network in Poland and in the Baltic States, and Sabela Media Polska is the leading Polish provider of the adserving technology and trafficking services. In 2007 Gwidon Humeniuk was also a member of the IAB Polska’s Management Board. He graduated from the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law (where he specialized in marketing). An enthusiast for new technologies, avant jazz, traveling, and motor sports.

 

Radosław Czyrko, Member of the Management Board

Radosław Czyrko (32) is a financier with more than 9 years of experience on the Polish capital market. His professional career started in a stockbroking company Erste Securities Polska, where he worked as a Stock Market Analyst. Between 2001 and 2008 he worked for a fund group called Venture Capital Renaissance Partners whose investors included institutions such as ABN AMRO, EBRD, and Asset Management. At Renaissance Partners, where he held the position of Investment Manager and Partner, he was responsible for all stages of investment projects – from identifying new investment opportunities and full due diligence to implementing the exit strategy. As member of Supervisory Boards (Call Center Poland, Pro Log, Solgaz), he supported the fund’s portfolio companies with his knowledge and experience. He obtained the MA degree from the Warsaw University’s Department of Economics; he has also graduated from the Banking and Finance Department, where he specialized in Corporate Finance. He has passed a state examination for members of supervisory boards of state-owned companies. He spends his leisure time discovering the pleasures of being the father oh his son Jan. He has a passion for photography and good cuisine.
